People pay thousands of dollars for a television or computer. However how much one pays for keeping fit and healthy? You must know as to how much a basic treadmill costs. Only then you can know about your fitness price.

You should ask yourself whether you are ready to pay $1000 for the treadmill. This depends on how much your income is. Can you afford to spend $1000 just for the purpose of keeping fit? Can you spend $1000 for something that is not going to help you in your job or anything else? It's just going to keep you fit.

The next thing that you should ask yourself is the kind of treadmill you want. Do you want a basic treadmill or do you want the one with whistles and bells? Basic models won't cost you much; however the better and improved models are worth your money. You should buy these new and advanced models especially when you want to loose weight as you run.

You should also consider about the type of motor in the treadmill. Do you want a treadmill with strong and powerful motor? Motor should be strong because treadmills are used regularly and hence its motor needs to be powerful and strong. The motor should be able to cope up with your body size.

Your choice of treadmill should depend on the amount of space you have at your place to put it. You need a big room for a huge treadmill. Buy a smaller treadmill if you have a small space. It will less bulky and cheaper!
